We are fixing the way students find a place to live.
GetMeBed helps students in Pakistan find verified hostels near their university, see which beds are actually free, and request a booking online — and gives hostel managers one place to run rooms, beds and occupancy.
Why we exist
The hostel hunt is broken.
Every year, thousands of students move to a new city to study and have days — sometimes hours — to find somewhere to live. The usual route is word of mouth, a Facebook group, a banner on a wall, or an agent who takes a cut. Photos are old, “rooms available” is rarely true, and the only way to find out is to call.
Hostel owners have the opposite problem: empty beds they cannot advertise well, registers kept on paper, and hours spent answering the same questions on the phone.
GetMeBed connects the two directly. Students register on their own, search by the university they attend, see which beds are really free, and send a request. Hostels keep their rooms and beds up to date in one dashboard, and that same data is what students see.
